Question by Myce Elffe: Are people this stupid?
This was someone’s answer to a political question:

“Bush has a brother who is the governor of Florida, which is one of the many states that give the presidential nominee electoral votes. Bush’s brother made the voting paper with 2 dots each side by side to the name of each of the nominees, Al Gore and George W. Bush. They had to use pins to poke a hole through the person in which they wanted to vote for. When people poked the hole for Al Gore, President Bush’s brother made it confusing and so when people thought they voted for Al Gore, they actually voted for George W. Bush.”

Are people stupid enough to actually believe that, or just making excuses? Anyone that does any research at all can / will find out that the Democrats are the ones that designed that particular ballot (called the butterfly ballot / design)…
